Wholesale Ordering Guidelines

MINIMUMS

Note: Our store setup does not automatically enforce minimum order amounts. Please ensure your order meets these minimums before checkout.

  • All orders (opening and reorders): $100 minimum (before tax and shipping)
  • No design minimums — mix and match freely
  • Minimum quantity rules:
    • If ordering only individual cards, the minimum order is 37 cards
    • If ordering only card packs, the minimum order is 9 packs
    • If ordering a mix of individual cards and packs, the min. order is at least 20 individual cards and 5 packs
  • Customers must meet both the minimum quantity requirements AND the $100 minimum order value

FULFILLMENT SCHEDULE

All wholesale card orders are made to order and fulfilled twice per month.

  • Orders placed between the 1st–15th → Ship out by the 28th of the month
  • Orders placed between the 16th–end of month → Ship out by the 13th of the following month

Cards are delivered to our studio within 6 business days after print submission, then packaged and shipped to you.

  • Ships from Los Angeles, CA
  • Flat Rate Shipping:
    • $9.95 for orders under $150
    • $14.95 for orders $150–$300
    • Free shipping on orders over $300
  • Shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground
  • Tracking provided on all orders

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  • All wholesale sales are final
  • We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right
