Pick a package

Choose the number of sets that fits your group, from 50 to 250. Tax-exempt groups send an exemption or resale certificate before we invoice.

Pay the invoice

We send a secure Shopify invoice by email. Payment is due in full, and your order is confirmed once it clears.

Start your presale

While your sheets print and ship, your group sells sets to members and friends. We send web images of the designs for flyers and posts.

Assemble and sell

Volunteers roll five sheets into a clear plastic sleeve. Sets are ready for pickup when your sheets arrive.

Keep the proceeds

Your group keeps all of the sales. No share of your sales goes to Inkwell Fine Art Prints.

Each sheet is 20 x 28 in, enough to wrap a shirt box, a shoe box or a hardcover book.

Each set is 5 sheets sold at a suggested $25 ($5 a sheet). Profit per set sold is the $25 sale price minus your price per set, and break-even and profit use that price. The larger the package, the lower the price per set. Profit is not guaranteed and assumes every set sells at $25. Plastic sleeves ship separately from the printed sheets. Payment is due in full before the order is placed. All sales are final. These prices are firm for orders placed by Monday, November 30, 2026, and are confirmed on your invoice. Groups are responsible for any sales tax and local permits on their sales.

Order timing and last day to order

From payment to your door takes up to about 12 business days: 1 day for invoice and payment, about 1 day to proof, 3 to 5 days to print, and 3 to 5 days by FedEx express.

Our last day to order is Monday, November 30, 2026, which gets your sets to you by December 16. Order earlier to leave time to roll and sleeve the sets before your event. Dates skip weekends and Thanksgiving Day.

Questions

What do we get?

Printed sheets in the five designs you choose, delivered by FedEx express, plus one clear plastic sleeve (3 x 26 in) for every set. The sleeves ship separately from the sheets.

What do volunteers do?

Roll five sheets loosely along the 28 in side, slide the roll into a sleeve, and sell the set. Ribbon and tape are optional extras your group can source and sell alongside the sets.

What does the group pay and earn?

The package price covers the designs, printing, express shipping and sleeves. At the suggested $25 per set, your group keeps all of the sales, and the table above shows break-even and profit.

How many sets should we order?

Order what you expect to sell. Groups buy the sets outright, and your presale helps you gauge demand while your sheets are on the way.

Can we sell online?

These sets are meant to be sold in person or by presale for local pickup. Shipping a single set to each buyer would cost more than the set earns.

Are all sales final?

Yes. All sales are final, so please choose your designs and quantity carefully.

Fundraising experience

For Mother’s Day 2026 we produced a canvas tote bag fundraiser for the Nehemiah Restoration Project of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Rockville, Maryland. The group sold 50 bags. Reference available upon request.

Inkwell Fine Art Prints is a Los Angeles fine art print studio, founded in June 2024. The Christmas wrap collections are designed by Jason Hodges, and every purchase goes directly to a small Black-owned business.
