Art Is Power Vol. I — The Warrior Set
Three pieces. One legacy. This is the most complete gift in the collection — the Dahomey Warrior Tee, the Dahomey Warrior Mug, and the Dahomey Warrior Tote, all carrying Antionette Simmons Hodges' heraldic Agojie warrior portrait, framed in gold art deco.
The Agojie were the elite female warrior corps of the Kingdom of Dahomey — fierce, disciplined, and legendary. This design honors their strength and the West African heritage that runs through the culture. Wear it. Carry it. Drink from it. This set is for people who understand what it means to move through the world with that kind of energy.
What's included:
- Dahomey Warrior Oversized Boxy Tee — 6 oz Airlume combed ring-spun cotton, rich matte DTG print, unisex relaxed fit
- Dahomey Warrior Ceramic Mug — glossy 11oz, dishwasher safe, full-wrap art print
- Dahomey Warrior Canvas Tote — heavy cotton canvas, printed both sides, 14.5" x 15.5"
Save $22 vs. buying all three items separately at full price — no code needed. Bundle price already reflects your Juneteenth savings.

The Artist
Antionette Simmons Hodges
A Maryland-based painter and retired Washington D.C. art educator with over 35 years of work honoring the beauty, strength, and resilience of Black life. Her signature style — bold color, stylized form, and deeply human subject matter — translates to the garment the way great art always should: it stops you.

DTG-printed garments need a little extra care to keep the artwork looking sharp for years.
- Wash inside out — always
- Cold water only — warm and hot water fade DTG prints
- Gentle or delicate cycle
- No bleach or fabric softener — both degrade the ink
- Tumble dry low, or hang to dry for best results
- Do not iron directly on the print
- Do not dry clean
Treated well, your print will hold its depth and detail wash after wash.
